Terms of Use — Linqking Games

By downloading, accessing, or playing our mobile game applications, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

We are Linqking (“Linqking” or “LK” or “we” or “us”), a developer for mobile game applications that are made available via app stores including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (our “Games”).

Unless otherwise specified by a component of the applicable Service, the Services are free to use or download but may contain features which allow you to make purchases within the Services.

1. Age & User Representation

You represent that you are 13 years or older. If you are younger than 18 years, you can only download and play our Games if your parent(s) or legal guardian has reviewed this Agreement and allowed you to do so subject to these terms. LK may require adequate proof of your identity and age at any time.

You represent that you are accessing our Games as a private person. Any commercial use of our Games is not allowed.

2. End-User License Agreement

LK grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use and execute the games on a mobile device that you own or control for personal, non-commercial giải trí (the "License").

Certain Restrictions: You shall not: (a) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit any Game; (b) modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Games; (c) access the Games to build a competitive product; (d) remove or destroy any copyright notices or proprietary markings; or (e) use cheats, hacks, automation software (bots), or any software intended to alter the gameplay experience.

Ads: When you play our Games, banners, rewarded videos, and/or interstitial ads may be displayed.

3. User Content & Feedback

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or distribute via our Games. You represent that your content does not violate intellectual property rights or local laws.

If you provide LK with any feedback or suggestions, you agree that LK shall have the right to use such feedback without any payment or obligation to you.

4. Termination

This agreement runs for an indefinite term. You may terminate this Agreement at any time with immediate effect by deleting our Games from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your rights to use our Games at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these terms or represent a threat to security or fair play.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND LK (AND ITS SUPPLIERS) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAMES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LK BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE GAMES. ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE GAMES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Virtual Items & Subscriptions

Virtual Items: Virtual currencies and goods within the games are licensed to you on a limited, personal, and revocable basis. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real cash. All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.

Subscriptions: Some parts of the services are billed on a subscription basis, billed through your iTunes or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Transaction refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play directly, governed by their respective terms.
